Here is the updated numbers on it.
Contract Price- $10k
Offer from Buyer - $13500
Our Profit - $3500

Soon as it closes I'll post a picture of the check for proof to show you real people are making real money!

Also the phone line has been blowing up with Motivated Sellers! We now have 2 potential properties to flip for a profit. One is actually a house from a previous seller posted below. I guess he changed his mind on our offer...LOL
