I will still continue to Invest in real estate if a deal comes my way. However I found an exceptional concept that leverages my time and money much better and I'm having huge success with it!! Probate Deals
Started to invest in probate properties and plan on wholesaling them. These properties I have been coming across are in great shape compared to the other properties I've wholesaled. I.E Handymans specials. The best thing of all is that they have a ton of equity and there is enough room in there to make some Large dollars! Thats if you can get the property at the right price.
